Monday, April 27th, all payments taken at VI managed resorts in
Canada (Clock Tower, Rosewood, Royal Victoria Suites, and Pinnacle
Lodge), will be processed in Canadian currency. These
charges include applicable taxes and incidentals (including food and
beverage fees at Rosewood and Pinnacle Lodge).
There is no
change in how taxes are processed at 3rd party managed resorts. For

The resort is located in the heart of Whistler Village. The restaurants
and nightlife in the area can generate a high level of noise.
Resort Access: The Clock Tower does not have ground
floor units. There is no elevator and you will encounter numerous
stairs throughout the property.

parking fee of C$7.00 per night, plus taxes. The fee will be
collected upon check-in by the resort staff. With 10
parking stalls for 15 units, the parking spots are assigned on a
first-come first paid basis. No reservations will be accepted.
Limited public parking is available ¼ mile away and can cost up
to C$36.00/ 24 hours. There are no free overnight parking
places in Whistler.
One convenient option would be the Vancouver-Whistler shuttle.

Bike storage: Clock
Tower bike storage will hold 6 bikes, 4 hanging and 2 below. Bikes
are not allowed in the units. Effective March 1, 2012, a $2/day fee
per bike will be collected. The storage spots are assigned on a
first-paid, first-served basis. No reservations will be accepted.

DVD players are
in each unit. You are welcome to bring your own DVD's.
Currently, there are no video rental stores in Whistler.
Border Crossing: Travel to
and from the USA, Mexico and Canada via air requires a valid
passport. For other means of transportation, check the latest
requirement atwww.travel.state.gov. Cars registered outside of
Canada must carry a minimum of $200,000 third party legal liability
insurance. Proof of insurance must be kept in the vehicle at
all times. Visitors with rental cars should carry a copy of the
rental contract, endorsed for entry into Canada. Vehicles not
registered to the driver require a letter of authorization from the

damaged, or stolen personal items. Each resort keeps detailed
records of all 'found' items, and will ship them back at the owner's
